- For management and processing of your candidature: last name, first name, e-mail address or postal address or telephone number, diplomas obtained, professional experience, information related to the position for which you are applying. 
If you do not provide this mandatory information, we will not be able to process your candidature.

- For creation of a professional account at St Michel: title, last name, first name, company name, postal address, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile), e-mail address, intra-community VAT number and, if applicable, identifiers and password (for creation of an account on the Site). If you do not provide this mandatory information, we will not be able to create an account for you.

- For management of newsletters and commercial prospecting messages, collection of your e-mail address, and/or your postal address is mandatory. 
If this information is not provided, St Michel will not be able to send you newsletters and/or commercial prospecting messages.

In order to exercise your rights, as mentioned below, we may ask you to provide information or documents to prove your identity or additional information on the nature of your requests. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from responding to your requests. This requirement to provide personal data is regulatory in nature.

The collection of other personal data may be mandatory: all personal data for which collection is mandatory, the contractual or regulatory nature of the obligation to provide it, as well as the consequences of not providing the personal data concerned, will then be brought to your attention directly at the time of collection.

You may also provide personal data when using our pages on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and free text areas available in online forms on www.stmichel.fr. Who are the recipients of my data?

You also have the right, at any time, to define, modify and revoke instructions related to storage, elimination and communication of your personal data after your death in accordance with Article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act. These guidelines may be general or specific. St Michel can only be the custodian of specific instructions concerning your personal data that it processes. The general guidelines may be collected and stored by a trusted third party certified by the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (hereinafter the "CNIL"). You also have the right to designate a third party to whom your personal data may be disclosed after your death. You agree to inform this third party of your action and of the fact that unambiguous information to identify him will be provided to St Michel, and to provide him with this Privacy Policy.
